Welcome to Classic Ceramics. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.classicceramicsshop.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Prices, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion.

2. Product Information

  • All ceramic products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, glaze, texture, or size are natural and not considered defects.

  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes — colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Bulk orders are confirmed only after successful payment or 50% advance deposit (for custom/bulk orders).

  • If a customer selects the Bank Transfer payment option but does not complete the payment within 24 hours to the mentioned bank account, their order will be automatically converted to Cash on Delivery (COD).                                          

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full at delivery. Refusal to accept confirmed COD parcels may result in blacklisting from future orders.

  • Classic Ceramics reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time is 10 working days, depending on location.

  • Classic Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for broken or damaged items received, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

  • Slight imperfections in color or texture are normal for handmade ceramics and not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, product descriptions, and website content belong to Classic Ceramics.

  • Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any material without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to process your order.

  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Classic Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Products should be used only for their intended purpose (serving food or decoration).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Gujranwala, Punjab.
