At Classic Ceramics, each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Our ceramics are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, glaze, or texture are part of their natural beauty — not considered defects.
✅ Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if the product is received broken, chipped from the top or damaged during delivery.

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sharing clear unboxing pictures/videos on our WhatsApp ( 0329-8337591 ) or Whatsapp ( 03270288280 )

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging for eligibility.

Minor color, texture, or size variations due to handmade nature.

Damage caused after delivery.

Items bought from sale, clearance, or Leftovers (mentioned as “Slightly Imperfect” or “Leftover”).

Custom orders made on request for restaurants or bulk clients.
💰 Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

In COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund is issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 10 business days.
